Carnival Events at the Railway Museum
In partnership with the Smiths Falls and District Arts & Culture Council, the Railway Museum of Eastern Ontario is pleased to present our 3rd annual snow sculpture/snowman competition as part of Smiths Falls Winter Carnival on February 9th & 10th.
We invite everyone to the museum for a weekend of creativity, treats, and family fun. Take part in the competition or join us inside for snow-themed kids’ activities, snowball treats and warm up in our wooden caboose with some cider.
The museum is open to the public 10 am to 4 pm. Admission and activities are free both Saturday and Sunday. The competition runs all day Saturday and Sunday morning, with judging taking place at noon on Sunday. Prizes will be awarded.
Want to participate? Why not register a group?
The museum welcomes all groups to participate in the competition. Get your friends or co-workers together and come on down Saturday from 10 am – 4 pm. Bring your own shovels, tools and decorations – snow will be provided. Call or email the museum to register your group. (613) 283-5696 or firstname.lastname@example.org
